The Team
We have a Board of Directors and investors unchanged since we started in 2000. We decided to focus clearly on specific target groups, relying on a fast, efficient "human" service to deliver great customer value through the savings brought about through website, e-communication and advanced telephony using a "virtually costed" business model.
topinterim.com is a "vortal", a vertical web site directed at a tightly targeted market.
Quite simply, no competitor can match our cost base, and this is of course reflected in our simple one off success fee: a substantial benefit to our clients from all sectors. But then, the whole basis of topinterim.com is completely different to an interim agency model.
Despite this new business vision, we are dependent on involvement, passion and commitment from all who visit and reside in this site - candidates, clients, both public and private, agencies, and outplacers. In short, all who are vitally interested in a flourishing organisations in times of faster and faster change.
Since 2000, we have carefully built a unique group of very high quality senior interims of all board disciplines, which nowadays allows a client to successfully select an outstanding interview short-list, from which a great hiring usually ensues. All at a simple, one-off, fixed fee only payable on hiring success, thus avoiding the interim agency daily percentage add-on fee on top of the fee of the senior interim manager who really does the work.
Each year as the company has grown, we have reinvested surplus revenue into the development of our proposition. We have already seen that a group of around 200 top seniors satisfies the majority of senior interim management requests. Our next goal is to build further groups around the world using our unique culture and methodology. There is much written about the dynamics of groups and these remain true even on the internet. If a high-level group becomes too large it loses its cohesive character and its ability to share and trust for the benefit of the community itself and, of course, for the clients it was built to serve.
