- We cannot undertake any responsibility for the truth or accuracy of what our candidates say about themselves or their CV's. Any candidates should be thoroughly checked by the client. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for any aspects of their work, neither can we be held responsible for the work of suppliers, agents, clients or outplacers who use this facility. In any case of misrepresentation, please contact us and we will investigate and reimburse any of our fees if appropriate.
- The Internet is particularly transparent. Trust and integrity has always been the glue that holds any reputable business and its clients together. With unlimited data on the Internet, it is the reliability of the source of the data which is becoming imperative.
- The "full CV" is the property of the candidate, and as such will not be released without the express permission of the candidate. Likewise, permission to contact referees has to be expressly given by the candidate to the prospective client later in the process. topinterim.com gives control back to the candidate.
- topinterim.com cannot be held responsible for any advertiser or advertisement in this site.
- The company has the right to decline a prospective candidate's CV on the basis that it does not fit the experience profile required by the site.
- We are covered by a comprehensive package of professional insurance. Any action will be instantly passed on to our UK insurers' lawyers. We do not currently practise in the USA or Canada.
